You can actually take a very quick test to determine if you might be at risk for Type 2 Diabetes. Take a look at these factors below, and count up your points. If your point total is 5 or higher, you are at an increased risk to develop Type 2 Diabetes. In that case, you should ask your health care provider to see if he recommends further testing.
