Office Manager & Business Manager: Anderline Celestin, MS
Anderline Celestin joined Hope Within Ministries in 2019. She resides with her family in Mount Joy and enjoys cooking, baking, learning, volunteering, traveling, and spending time with her family. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Berkeley College in 2009, a Bachelor in Criminal Justice of Science from Berkeley College in 2011, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management of Science from Walden University on 2018. Upon graduating at Walden University she received the Golden Key International Honor Society, the National Society of Leadership and Success (Sigma Alpha Pi), and Walden University Nu Rho Chapter of the International Business Honor Society, Delta Mu Delta (DMD). Anderline is responsible for all finance, HR, IT, and business functions of the organization.
Head Nurse: Kimberly Hill, RN
Kimberly Hill, RN joined Hope Within Ministries in 2019. Kimberly resides in Mount Joy with her youngest daughter Alyssa and Alyssa’s husband Rob, and 3 of her grandchildren. Kimberly has six children total, the other five live in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Kimberly at present has nine grandchildren and is sure that number will climb. Kimberly attended Montgomery County Community College, where she received her RN and Associates Degree. Kimberly has studied at Temple University and is continuing for her Bachelors and Masters in Holistic Theology at the University of Holistic Theology. She has practiced Nursing in Hospital Settings, Prison Healthcare, Hospice and Home Health. Kimberly had ministry placed on her heart early 2018 and enjoys her volunteer time with Kid Ministry, Life Group Leadership and will soon be involved with Prison Ministry as well. Hope Within is that next step in ministry for her and gives her the opportunity to serve those in our community who have physical needs. Kimberly and her family attend LCBC – Lives Changed by Christ at the Manheim Campus.
Medical Director: David Keller, MD
Dr. Keller joined Hope Within Ministries in 2019. He resides in Hershey with his wife Laurie. Together they share 3 children, Ellie who resides in Tennessee, Ethan is a medical student at Saint Georges’ University in Grenada, East Indies and Maggie is a 2019 graduate of Messiah College. Dr. Keller practices Family Medicine full time at Lebanon Valley Family Medicine. Dave graduated from Penn State University College of Medicine in 1992 and Harrisburg Hospital Family Medicine Residency in 1995. Dr. Keller is looking forward to serving at Hope Within because of a lifelong desire to “extend a cup of cold water” in Christ’s name to those society has left behind. Dr. Keller and his family worship together at Grace Point Palmyra Evangelical Free Church.
Counselor: Christopher Leiby
Christopher joined Hope Within Ministries as the Director of Hope Within Counseling in 2019. Christopher received his Bachelor of Science in Bible and Student Ministry from Lancaster Bible College and also has his Masters of Divinity in Ministry Leadership from Columbia International University. He was honorably discharged from the Navy as a 3rd Class Petty Officer after four years of service from 1999-2003 onboard the USS Dwight. D. Eisenhower. In addition to his coursework Chris has completed internships at Susquehanna Valley Pregnancy Services and the Naaman Center. He has 36+ credit hours in grief and loss, crisis intervention, marriage and family, addictions, sexuality issues (addiction), and youth counseling. He has a great deal of experience working with children with mental health needs and behaviorally challenged children between the ages of 6 and 18. He offers CBT and DBT as well as marriage and grief counseling.Chris is married to Jennifer, and together they have three children, and reside in Lititz. He enjoys a quality cup of coffee, playing guitar, reading, painting, watching Phillies baseball, Eagles football and spending time with his family. He is passionate about caring for the counseling needs of Hope Within clients to help them on their path to health and wholeness. He seeks to help clients discover the tools and resources they already have in place to help them succeed in accomplishing their goals.
Chief Operating Officer: Anne Marie McAlester
Anne Marie first joined HW in 2012 as the office manager. In early 2018 she temporarily left HW for personal reasons, but in January 2019 she was invited to return to HW as the Chief Operating Officer. Anne Marie has served the majority of her adult career in Christian Ministry in a variety of settings; Church staff, Christian Theater and Christian schools and she has extensive experience with overseeing large teams to accomplish big tasks. Anne Marie worked as a nurse for 10 years prior to leaving the profession to raise her children. Though she has not maintained her nursing license, her experience in the medical field has been a great asset to her as she serves the community via Hope Within. Anne Marie has been married to her husband, Brad for 29 years, together they have two adult children, Bradley and Brendan. The McAlester Family worships together at Grace Point Palmyra Evangelical Free Church.
