Donita along with her husband Brian co-founded Hope Within Ministries in 2002. She has served at Hope Within in a variety of capacities since. As President, she provides organizational and operational leadership of the team at Hope Within Community Health Center as they seek to accomplish the mission of the ministry. Donita received her Bachelor in Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan in 1991 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Widener University in 1995.
Head Nurse: Kimberly Hill, RN
Kimberly Hill, RN joined Hope Within Ministries in 2019. Kimberly resides in Mount Joy with her youngest daughter Alyssa and Alyssa’s husband Rob, and 3 of her grandchildren. Kimberly has six children total, the other five live in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Kimberly at present has nine grandchildren and is sure that number will climb. Kimberly attended Montgomery County Community College, where she received her RN and Associates Degree. Kimberly has studied at Temple University and is continuing for her Bachelors and Masters in Holistic Theology at the University of Holistic Theology. She has practiced Nursing in Hospital Settings, Prison Healthcare, Hospice and Home Health. Kimberly had ministry placed on her heart early 2018 and enjoys her volunteer time with Kid Ministry, Life Group Leadership and will soon be involved with Prison Ministry as well. Hope Within is that next step in ministry for her and gives her the opportunity to serve those in our community who have physical needs. Kimberly and her family attend LCBC – Lives Changed by Christ at the Manheim Campus.
Counselor: Christopher Leiby
Christopher joined Hope Within Ministries as the Director of Hope Within Counseling in 2019. Christopher received his Bachelor of Science in Bible and Student Ministry from Lancaster Bible College and also has his Masters of Divinity in Ministry Leadership from Columbia International University. He was honorably discharged from the Navy as a 3rd Class Petty Officer after four years of service from 1999-2003 onboard the USS Dwight. D. Eisenhower. In addition to his coursework Chris has completed internships at Susquehanna Valley Pregnancy Services and the Naaman Center. He has 36+ credit hours in grief and loss, crisis intervention, marriage and family, addictions, sexuality issues (addiction), and youth counseling. He has a great deal of experience working with children with mental health needs and behaviorally challenged children between the ages of 6 and 18. He offers CBT and DBT as well as marriage and grief counseling.Chris is married to Jennifer, and together they have three children, and reside in Lititz. He enjoys a quality cup of coffee, playing guitar, reading, painting, watching Phillies baseball, Eagles football and spending time with his family. He is passionate about caring for the counseling needs of Hope Within clients to help them on their path to health and wholeness. He seeks to help clients discover the tools and resources they already have in place to help them succeed in accomplishing their goals.
